    ► Located within Golf Athletics Mitcham, we strive to provide the highest quality care for musculoskeletal conditions. Our practitioners utilise a range of techniques to resolve aches & pains and optimise general health & wellbeing.

    Dr. James Fleming, Osteopath

    Dr James Fleming is a fully qualified Osteopath after graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Prior to this, James completed a Bachelor of Business at Monash University. In 2024, James completed Victoria University's Graduate Certificate in Strength and Conditioning in partnership with the Western Bulldogs Football Club.

    James started his osteopathic journey after witnessing its benefits through his family, his own sporting injuries and being drawn to anatomy, medicine and healthcare. James is an avid sportsman with a keen interest in AFL and tennis. He believes his love for sport has been significant in fuelling his interest in sports performance, recovery and injury prevention strategies.

    In his final year of study at Victoria University, James undertook an osteopathic exchange to Italy and worked as a student osteopath at the Istituto Superiore di Osteopatia Milano. Since 2020, James has been a practicing osteopath in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. James combines hands-on osteopathic treatment, education, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation to create a holistic approach to healthcare. His treatment approach is tailored to the individual and enjoys treating a multitude of conditions, both acute and chronic.

    In his spare time, James enjoys going to the gym, travelling, playing football for the Old Yarra Cobras with his brothers and spending time with his friends, family and his beloved Australian Shepherds 'Harvey' and 'Billie'.

    Dr. William Fleming, Osteopath

    Dr. William Fleming is a fully qualified osteopath with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. Prior to obtaining his osteopathy degree, he completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne majoring in Human Structure and Function. In 2024, William completed Victoria University's Graduate Certificate in Strength and Conditioning in partnership with the Western Bulldogs Football Club.

    Being an avid sportsman, Will developed a keen interest in the human body and its function from an early age. His experiences playing football, cricket and tennis inspired him to gain further knowledge in optimising sports performance, preventing injury and improving overall wellbeing. Coupled with his knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, Will has used his passion to help others by working as a local football sports trainer. Furthermore, he gained invaluable experience treating a range of orthopaedic conditions when studying abroad at an Indian hospital in 2018.

    Since 2019, Will has been a practicing osteopath in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. He is experienced in using a range of treatment modalities, including soft tissue techniques, joint manipulation, dry needling, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, laser therapy and shockwave therapy. He is comfortable treating a wide range of acute or chronic musculoskeletal and postural conditions.
    In his spare time, Will enjoys playing football for the Old Yarra Cobras Football Club, travelling the world, sourcing good coffee and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
